Actual news / Neuigkeiten! December

Hi folks,

The polls had been up for some days and the voters where few but there is already a direction to be seen.

So I/we have some news for you:

1.)
-We had a chat yesterday about the future of the WW1 Mod!
- Helepolis will have the Lead of the WW1 Mod.
- Isoroku Yamamoto will have the lead of the naval aspects.
- I'll help out whereever I can.
- Other help is welcome and will be easier as we droped the "AHOI-stuff" of the WW1-Mod(See part 2.).



2.)
- Beacause of the results of the polls, the WW1 Mod will be completely seperated of any AHOI-ideas/graphics/techs/units etc..
- WW1 Mod will be WW1 and before only. Maybe some time after WW1 later.
- It will get new skin/GUI/techs/units/events factions etc. without hinsight of WW2 timeline etc..
- Because of that closer to original HOI3 it will be much easier to get supporters to help.
- WW1 Mod is open up totaly to new design ideas!


3.)
- There is an offer to move to an new forum about Modding HOI3 like this one, but an owned one.
- It will be free to any Mods like Kadanz already suggested for this Forum. The Forum owner will be Herz2146(RPM-Mod at Paradox).
- The AHOI-Mod will remain here as somehow a "homage" to Kadanz, and also as it seems it doesn't need a new place. Few activity and other reasons.
- The WW1 Mod will move to the new Forum.
- We are looking for a new nice name for that new forum, news about that hopefully soon.


4.)
- If you have questions/suggestions just write it.. Activity is the key to get heard/take influence. Be part of the Mod!

It's better if you move the Ahoi mod aswell to the new forum. Then I can close this one, I'll keep working together with you on de ww1 mod. It saves me time to keep this one clean.

Ah, ok, the lets see what Herz will respond now and how we will proceed.

So far Herz didn't answered.
But he wrote in his thread lately that he had just finished his semester and had much work before Christmas.
So it could take maybe some time until he can answer the questions..
