Multi-Role 2Mot?

Just a question: Now I get the concept of multi Role, like the night fighter etc, but what's 2Mot? Second line? Rear Area fighter defense?

These are the 2 engine Fighters, BF110, Mosquito, P-38 etc..

ah - 2 motoren - sure.

Maybe renaming them to twin-mot/ twin-eng will be more clear?

I suppose the I would have figured it out once the 4 Mot appeared in the roster.
Are there 4 mot multi role?
isn't multi role enough, without adding how many engines there are? one two three or four?
if Needed multirole (Single engine) - versus heavy/hvy multirole with more than one engine

To clarify things out. Here is a short description of what I had in mind when designing these different types:
It is to have most of all planes in the game with their own modell for different roles.
You have now the initial Hawker as a fighter and the later as Multirole(FighterBomber), while the Spitfire would be a Fighter.
Similar to Me109 E would be Fighter, while Me109 G would be Multirole, and Me109k could be an early interceptor.

Very good, You would never call it motor for one in English, but engined, secondly the number of engines is beside the point. If I'm not mistaken the Germans used the term Zerstörer but Mehrzweck and Schwerer Mehrzweck would work too, English speaking people wouldn't be familiar with the Airforce Destroyer concept it would just complicate things, the easiest thing would be Multirole and Hvy Multirole, not so much to diff between number of engines, but their weight, payload etc, able to handle escort fighters or not, that sort of thing

Afaik P-38 was designed as "Interceptor", and initial GER Zerstörer were single engine planes.
So I iirc, I went for the 2 engined planes that were slightly different from the most Light Bombers wich were mostly single engine planes.
And "Mot" was maybe just because of me using my "Denglish" in a late night modding session.

The suggested names are good imo. After I checked up the "mighty wikipedia" I might tend to name them just heavy fighters though.
As those were almost all twin engine planes.

Sounds great, an improvement over the mot thing anywho - Gotta say, I am really enjoying myself with this mod of yours. Currently I am sweating over the fact that the useless Italians are stuck in Ethiopia - that small lake between Eritrea and Addis Abeba they have, but thats it, and it's mid 1937, China is heating up.
