New Patch(4.3)

I'm working on the next patch(4.3).
So this is a good time to remind me on things you want to change/included.
It would be nice if you can help me with the descriptions and techs for the tech-tree. Maybe you can just take a branch you like. Thats not hard work but much if I do that all alone.
I will write up a how to if neccessary.
Just let me knwo that you like to help.
